This is the fifth gear synchro, for comparison. You can see that the teeth are pretty good; the coarse-looking metal surface under the teeth, the outer surface of the synchro band, shows a little wear, but not too much. Other gears are similar. The bearing at the end of the shaft shows some slight striations, which look worse in the photo than they really are. It's still decent.
