The panel has a lower part as well, which covers the bump from the wheel well. The form is made of plastic and there is a wool pad between the form and the leather. Although it doesn't look bad in the picture, the leather cover looks lumpy to me, probably because of the cheap wool pad. It's annoying. I'll take it apart and try to smooth it out a bit.
