Here you can see some of the work I did last summer: clean CV joints with new boots, new high-temperature, flexible ductwork. This time I'll clean up the heater gates and replace the control wires. Last summer I had also replaced the suspension bushings and cleaned and painted the spring plates. Before I'm done, I'll repaint the brake backing plates and calipers, as I did in the front a while ago. The cheapo KYB shocks, although fairly new, will be replaced by Bilsteins, and I'll remove the extra coil springs. Note also the lack of boots for the transmission shift rod and such--without these, I'm reluctant to drive in the rain. I've already bought new ones.
