Mounting the relay was easy: I just used one of the existing holes. I used another zip tie to mount the pump; the mounting bracket was bent and the pump wouldn't fit it, so it seemed the only option. I treated the area around the ground block with rust converter, painted it, and installed clean hardware. I didn't notice the rust on the underside of the pump until I looked at this picture. I dabbed some rust-resistant paint on it, too.
