Finally hooked up. I left a fair amount of extra cable, just in case I had to change things to get it all to work. When I'm sure that everything is right, I can cut it to a sensible length. That thick cable is an extra ground cable. I'm not sure why it was installed; it's not really necessary, but it came with the car, so I decided to leave it in place.
