I use a similar bar to measure camber. It has two screw heads protruding from it, which have been carefully adjusted to the same height. I hold the bar so the screw heads are against the rim and I use the electronic level gauge to get the angle. (In this picture, the bar is vertical; the camera is at an odd angle.)
